Come enjoy more than 30 musicians playing on the front porches of Hagerstown’s historic homes. The event, organized by the South Prospect Neighborhood Group, is free and open to the public.

South Prospect Street will be closed to traffic from West Washington Street to City Park Circle.

Musicians will play music from all genres on porches, the main stage and at a beer garden, which will be hosted by Hub City Brewery.

Stop and eat at one of five food trucks.

Bring your pet and stroll down the street at your leisure. Play the street piano. Take the youngsters to the Kid’s Porch for fun. Bring your own instrument and jam with other music lovers.

A few slots for musicians are left but porches are going fast.

Bring that old band instrument attracting dust in your closet.

The Music Instrument Collection (MIC) program, a proud sponsor of Porchfest, will be conducting a used musical instrument drive. The volunteer program then gets them refurbished and back into the hands of Washington County school students.
