The Global Z Recording Project is hosting its first annual educational, community-building, musical performance event called Carroll Creek Unplugged. While the event is free (registration required), we are requesting donations from those who are able to assist us with advancing our mission and delivering programs that benefit student musicians and audio engineers in our community.

All who wish to attend the event are welcome – vocalists and stringed instrument musicians of all ages and talent levels are invited to perform a dozen popular songs at the Carroll Creek Amphitheater as one musical community. We are also raffling off a celebrated Jasmine S35 acoustic guitar!

Through this event, learning occurs in a musical community of practice as participants experience a shared sense of happiness through the collaborative making of music. Bring your friends and share in the fun as together we build and strengthen Frederick County’s music arts community.
